morning - 16.25 Sego Lily/Wasatch. Up a little later after getting home late from a good day at Lagoon. Took Twix around Sego Lily, bumping into Justin Park at the end and having a good chat with him. Then up onto Wasatch where I attempted my tempo. Splits were all over, basically following the terrain - faster downhill and slower uphill. Overall probably just a little bit better than last week's effort. 6 miles of tempo starting at 2 miles from the in-laws. 5:59, 6:15, 5:40, 5:35, 6:19, 5:47. (Riders 353)
