AM - 16 Middleton/Grass. Ran pretty slow out into Middleton, but by mile 7 I found myself actually feeling good and starting to move. Then for practice I ran with the girls as they did 2 sets of short cruise intervals. It was a very good workout for those that were there and they did a very good job. Then ran home.
