AM - 10.5 BV/Tortoise Fence. Just a slow easy run before practice. No reason to go any quicker. Then a decent 30 min run up into the desert for practice. First day of Kids Club; glad that's over. (Kinvara Lime 463.75)(barefoot '14 15.5) afternoon - 30 min pool run. Just trying to make sure I don't do too much too quick as I bring my mileage back up, but I still need/want to do something. So there it is. |
