Nothing for me today. Actually had to force myself not to run. I am trying to hold out until Wednesday; I may not make it. Feeling good. Still some soreness, with a little bruising and swelling. First day of XC practice. Had just shy of 60 there today, with 26 (I think) girls. Both very solid starting numbers. With the give and take of the summer and the season, I would be very happy if we end there.

hey coach what is the workout for tomorrow? Cause on the blog, the workout for tomorrow doesn't make sense.

@Rob, we were out weeks ago!

@dallen, run 15 minute then your striders, then 15 more minutes - barefoot on the grass.

Oh dear I do not have loads of grass at my home. Side note- coach do you love when I comment on your blog??

When do you start? July?

From Holt on Mon, Jun 01, 2015 at 21:20:39 from 67.2.236.25

@APush, yup... Good comments! Just do a normal run and striders up at the park

@Rob, it seriously feels like it. This year is Aug 13. I remember as a kid starting after my b-day on August 28.
