PM - 9.5 on treadmill. Combined two workouts into one. Started with a 2 mile warmup on a decline at 7:30. Then got into 3x1/2 miles at 5:00 pace with 2:30 recovery and 1% incline. These were a little tougher than I thought they would be. Then got back into the other workout with the next 3 miles at a decline again (trying to get used to a bit of downhill running for Boston). Then .5 miles flat. Followed by 1 mile at 2% incline to mix things up a little and work some other muscles and finally 1 mile flat with speed up to 6:58 just for a little quicker leg turnover to end it. (Cumulus 224) |
