Day off - but not by choice. Neck/Back cramped up this morning and gave my a hideous pinched nerve in my neck (maybe the worst I've ever had). Got hooked up to the little muscle shocker thing and used that all day, but decided I hadn't try and push my luck so I missed club.

Get feeling better. I have to be done by 8:30 on Saturday so I'm planning on going early from my house... 6:30ish. Logan said he may come. But if it's too early or your still hurting no big deal.
