AM - 13 Clyde's Loop2. Solid workout this morning, but I am spent - in the legs and needing sleep. Warmed up for about 3.5 and then got into 2miles, 1 mile, 2miles at LT with a 2 minute recovery. Happy that I was able to push through the workout even though I still have soreness in the legs and they are pretty worn. Also very happy that it is the only hard workout this week. Scared an old lady walking her dog in the dark as I yelled out at myself to get me focused and pushing through to the finish. 1 and 2 were 5:22 and 5:30, next one was 5:26, then went 5:28 and 5:33.
