well, they were fast-slow miles. i felt that i had taken it slow long enough and had no day-after tiredness for long enough that i could push myself more. it worked out really well. (the next day i was totally fine. 'just a LITTLE sore, and no soreness two days later.) lybi and i ran around my neighborhood, and there was a nice breeze. fall is COMING - yay! it was definitely more fun to pick up the pace and not feel like such a slowpoke. i am excited to do it again! we'll see if paige wants to keep her plan to rollerblade this tuesday night. if she doesn't (barring any major disasters), i am totally running. anyway, this log is probably so far back, no one will even see it, but i needed to write about it. it was more progress. |
