AM: slept horribly so no morning run. cant make that an excuse in the future. But I am hoping that I can get in good enough shape that I can run 11 miles per day in 1 run in the evening because during pediatrics and my sub-internship in october/november I will be starting at or before 6am which makes a morning run somewhat difficult to fit in. PM: 8 on the haynes classic.
