AM: 4.25 PM: 8.75 including hill workout - 4xdoyle hill (just short of 800m with 250ft vertical so a steady rise) in 3:14, 3:14, 3:07, 3:03 wow didn't think I would neg split this workout at all let alone by so much. Then did 4 longish sprints up the same hill with a min or so rest in between.
