AM: 4.25 PM: first threshold workout of the season. Did 2 miles warmup and then did 2x1.65 miles on blackstone blvd at 6-6:05 pace (10:02 and 10:07). Didn't push it much. Just wanted to get it in. Was alone so just getting out there for a workout was decent. Times were fine for first workout. It was pretty windy and the course isn't very fast though not slow by any standard other than a compared to a track. |
