nice progression in your pace throughout the run.

Thanks Allie - I love progression runs. I try to incorporate them on most my runs. BTW how do you like your Hattoris?

From allie on Mon, Aug 22, 2011 at 22:49:29 from 161.38.218.168

i love them! the only downside is that i have only put 120 miles on them and they are already pretty worn down. i think i will get 300 miles out of them at the most. they are a great shoe though, and affordable.

I love mine too. I think you're right about the mileage though. They really aren't wearing very well. I noticed New Balance has a line of minimals that look a little more rugged. I've been tempted to purchase another minimal to save the wear and tear on the Hattori's. Not sure the traction of the Hattori will do too well in winter.

Solid run, legs must feel good after your race!

They’re feeling really reasonable considering the race. We’ll see how they feel after my long run tonight :)

allie - why don't you marry them?
