first eight 200's good, started at 45sec cut down gradually to 43sec and maintained there then lost it my last four were all 45sec and under 50.

Fastest race this season and 7 seconds off my PR from last season, which I got at the region meet. I'm hopeful because I've got one more meet between now and region which means I will be able to cut some time off.
