10x400 meters maintained around 2 minutes per 400 lowest time 1:52 highest 2:06. I gave it everything on the last one and ran 1:45 felt tired but good. :)
one lap cool-down
Even though it was really hot on the track and the work -out was hard, I felt better after running than I had before. running cleared up my headache and left me feeling really good. Tired but good. Yay for running!
