Married with two children, one in high school, one in college, one in grad school on her own out in the real world. My lovely and gracious wife is a professional body builder (100% natural). If I trained half as hard as she does, I really would be fast. I make my living as a self employed geophysicist.
Didn't get started until noon. I hope it was the heat that made the run a difficult outing. The first 13-14 miles were slow but comfortable. Miles 15 and 16 were tough. Averaged 1 min over MGP
The calendar said do 8. I was feeling good so I figured I would do 10. Missed my turn and ended up doing 12. Felt pretty good. Wish I had taken the GPS to see what the pace was.
