1st day back. Coach decided to cut the break down to just 1 week this year so we could get a head start on indoor track.
Pretty easy run for the first day back. Felt good. Getting new shoes tomorow.
4 in the afternoon with the guys. Felt okay again. Loving the new shoes.
5 in the afternoon on the trails. Felt good.
4 miles with plyombata afterwards. Felt pretty good today. Nice to be doing some light weights again.
3 in the afternoon. Getting back into the rythym.
6 in the morning by myself. A bit tired after running that far for the first time in over a month, but still a good run.
