6 in the afternoon with the guys. Went about 7:15 pace. 8*100 m strides afterwards. Good stuff today.
Workout today on Web Hill. We did 10 sts of 1:00 hard up the hill, 1:00 rest, and sprint back down the hill. 1:30 rest between each set. Pretty hard workout, but I go through it. Good stuff today.
6 in the afternoon with Matt.
6 miles in the moning by myself. Thanksgiving lunch afterwards.
6 mile loop around Shnob Kibe.
Fartlek workout today @ Little Valley Park. We did 1:1, 2:2, 3:3, 4:4, 3:3, 2:2, 1:1. Pretty short, but still good.
