| 3 in the morning by myself.
Fartlek workout @ Little Valley Park. It's tapering week, so the workouts are getting a bit shorter, but a lot faster. We did 1:1, 2:2, 2:2, 2:2, 1:1, and then 4*30sec. Felt a bit flat, but got through it pretty well. Ate muffins and hung out with our trophy from twilight afterwards (we named it Dave, lol.)

4*800s @ BHNP. My time to his was 2:33-2:38. Went 2:27, 2:28, 2:31, 2:30. 4*300 finishes after. Felt pretty dang flat. Not sure if it's from the sickness going around or what. Barefoot cooldown and ultragen afterwards.

7 out at Navajo Dr. It was nice to get away from the usual trails and go somewhere else for a change. Afterwards Darrel (I think that's his name), the man with the most logged miles (over 300,000), came and talked to us about his life. Pretty awesome
After that me, Scotty and few of the other varsity boys went on a recruiting trip. A new kid just moved in from Virginia, and we went and visited him. He ran a 4:57 as a freshman, so he looks to be pretty promising. Just got to get him off of football ;)
