| 3.5 mile warmup, 15 min tempo, cooldown to get milage. Felt pretty good today. Hit 6:15 avg, which is pretty okay. Our grouping today was pretty fantastic, so that's awesome. 45 min aquajogging afterwards.

| Got in to my Grandma's house in Ellensburg at around 5:00 PST. Ran 8 miles on the road. All of the roads are divided into 1 mile segments, so it's easy to know your milage, if a bit boring.
