1st web hill workout of the year. It felt great.
1/2 mile warmup, 9 mile run out behind the school, and kids camp. I felt a bit flat after the workout yesterday.
15 min. tempo run today at warner valley. I felt okay, but I feel like I could've gone faster. 3 miles in the afternoon w/ ginge. It was blazing hot.
10 miles by myself on the trails. I felt great.
We did a fartlek workout today. I felt pretty good.
