8 in the morning on Presidents day.
3 in the morning
7 in the afternoon with the team. We took a wierd route that was half the Spectrum, and half Rainbow Road.
6 in the afternoon. Coach had us try some exercises to help the new kids with their form.
7 in the afternoon. Starting to notice that I'm getting sick.
Workout in the afternoon. I was feeling pretty sick, so coach just had me pace Andre through his 200's. I did 8*200 at 32' with Andre, then just jogged aroud for the rest of the day.
Was supposed to go do a trail run with the team this morning, but was feeling way too sick to want to try it.
