8 miles on my new shoes. So far i'm liking them, but my knee is still a problem.
Kenyan run today. My leg felt better, but I need to get it checked out still.
We did a track workout today. I did 3 sets of 2X200 and 1X800, all at the same 200 pace. I'm glad that I was able to do it, but my knee still bugged me.
