| McGruff hill repeats today. We did 12 of them, with recovery back down to the bottom.
Afterwards, we did 4*300 finishes on the track. It's supposed to be the hardest week of thrack to date, so I'm kinda nervous.

| We did our 3 mile run, then did a session of weights afterwards.
Felt REALLY flat going into the workout today because of it. We did a 24 minute progression run. Was supposed to keep progressing all the wawy through, every 2 minutes, but I was so flat that I couldn't speed up after 18.

This workout is always a biggie, and it's one that I've struggled to complete in the past
Nonetheless, it went well. We did 4*800m repeats, with recovery back down to the bottom. Felt super exhausted afterwards, but good stuff anyways.

| Long run today out past Fort Pierce.
Went all the way out to the fort, then decided to find a loop back. AFter some trial and error, we managed to loop bakc onto the fireroad at Warner Valley. Awesome run.
