Fartlek workout over at the Dixie center. we did 4:4, 3:3, 2:2, 1:1, and 6*30 sec. Coach had me not do the 4:4 because of my wisdom teeth, but otherwise it was a good workout.
Kosmin test today on the track. Did pretty well, especially considering that I've only been back for 4 days. Good effort today. I'm projected to hit a 4:30 mile this year, but I know that I can go faster than that.
