3 miles in the morning. 25 minute tempo out @ warner valley. 1st 15 min at 6:15 steady state, then dropped it 15 sec./mile every 5 min. until the laste 2 min, which were all out. I felt pretty good, but the second mile kinda cooked me, and it was pretty tough to hang on, but I stuck right in the middle of those varsity boys. I'm not racing tomorrow @ the Dixie Invite, which I'm totally okay with ;)
