2 mile warmup, 3200 race, and cooldown for milage.
Overall, a pretty iffy race. It started out on pace, going 5:00, but I didn't have it in me to push through the pain and keep the pace. It definitley didn't help that I fell behind, and couldn't regain traction with the main group. If I had someone to run with, I think I might have done better, but it's hard to say.
