Frigidy, slippery run...winter has arrived I guess...not cool. Haha ANyway, actually felt good this morning on the olympus high loop, just taking it easy avg 8:47 but almost fell three times.
Happy Thanksgiving. Played a little basketball with son Sam and some other old dudes in the neighborhood. Fun times even though I suck rocks anymore at the sport. Then went on a short run around the neighborhood Hilsden loop. Beautiful cold crisp sunny day.
