Kentucky loop.  Tried to push the 3 downhillish miles, managed one at 7:25 but that was not sustainable.  Inner groin/hammy/aductor still very tight.  avg 8:25

Beautiful morning.  Wanted to get some downhill miles before St George.  Drove to top of Mill Creek Canyon and ran from Big water home with 4 miles or so on Pipeline.  Was 32 degrees when I started.  Also realized using soap to clean out the Nathan water pack was bad idea, took one swig and spit it out.  The smell of Pine Trees at the start was awesome.  avg around 8:30
