Had to bust out a big whooping stick, for me anyway. Did the Big T loop with the Happy Trail extension to mouth of Big Cottonwood for the first time. Not sure if I will be able to get out again this week so wanted to get 20 for the week to keep that streak going. Did not try to push this one as I feel I just need to get used to the time out. Need to build this stamina if I hope to finish the marathon as a biped. avg 8:44 This run reinforced the need to start out slow in longer distances. This is key for me and my mitochondrial storage disease. |
