Take it easy run avg 8:50 after a sweet day of skiing on the fat boys with Hairdog at Basin.  Yes Kerry was there as well.  Nice post call physicality.

Decided to get back out and get in the canyon.. Up to Millcreek again for a snowy trailrun.  Snow a bit to soft to really run well, but beautiful and a good workout.  Started at Burch and went to top of pipeline then bck down the canyon to the car.  about 55 minute venture of hike/run.

Threw down the big one with brother Oreo.  11 miles of Millcreek pipeline trail and 4 back home.  avg 9:42 or so.  some good ups and downs and had to pull Nick out of the snow when he tumbled down the hill.  Anyway good times.
