Out and back trail to Porcupine Grill past the Old Mill. First time on this route. Was a good one. avg 8:44 with some old man pains. Need to get consistent on this runs. Also need a personal masseuse.
Trying to get some base miles in. avg 9:00 Usually dont see need to mention potty stops but this was near disaster. Went into 7/11 and once finished realized no toilet paper to be found. Had to sneak out for some nearby napkins. made it.
