Long night of call fixed with a great outing today.  Wanted to get in some trail, but the ones I've been on lately are super wet.  So ventured south to run by Dimple Dell.  Started at the Orgil/Granite Trailhead and ran up the switches to Bell Canyon Reservoir, ran around the Lake as best as I could in the slushy snow.  Then went down the Bell Canyon trailhead to Wasatch Blvd then basically went exploring into the Dimple Dell Regional Park area and ran mostly along some equestrian trail until I hit about one hour into the adventure and went back.  Beautiful area 10 minutes from my home that I really didnt know existed.  Pace was slow partially because I had no idea where I was headed and butt still hurts a lot but was great to be out.

Nice miles today! So when I was in Southern California for Thanksgiving, I ran equestrian trails all over the hills of San Juan Capistrano. It was excellent and the trails were very soft. It left me wishing there were more of those here. .

Get your 'rear' better. ha!
