Did an out and back on Pipeline trail from Burch creek to the overlook and back up the canyon. Beautiful day with lots of hikers, bikers and dogs. I love going on the trail up the canyon so you can view the south pine covered slopes across the canyon. Felt just ok...but glad to be out. The Powell Big Toe injury started surfacing around mile 5 and Energy flagging by mile 8 even though hit the GU bomb at 6 mi...Chocolate thunder baby! Forgot the glide so that was another issue, but overall a beautiful time out in Millcreek. |
