How great is Hawaii?  Ran the Aiea Loop trail with the brother.  Fantastic and beautiful trail and jungle and spectacular views.  Almost lost Nick over the side again.  Mozzer, next time you need to be here.  Had some decent ups and downs.  Sweating like a pig.  Actually the terrain made you feel like you were running on one of the pig trails right out of Lost.

i do want to be there next time, u schedule april yet your strangeness? when I am in Hawaii though if I am running six miles a day I will question my priorities, jk, plan april!
