I have finished several olympic distance triathlons. I was a pretty good swimmer in college. Short-Term Running Goals: I hope to take my fitness to a more serious level by dropping some weight ,running every day, and increasing mileage. Long-Term Running Goals: In five years (when I'm sixty years old) I might be able to qualify for the Boston Marathon and complete an Iron-distance triathlon. Personal:
