Am: 5 miles around the Zoo.
Pm: Ran to the East Track and did 1 mile warmup and 1 mile speed change before changing shoes. Jogged a lap and ran 2x200. 29 and 30. Then ran 1x1600. Hit 4:31. Jogged 2 laps and then did 3x400. 60, 59, and 57. Cooled down 2 track laps and 2 grass laps and then jogged back down to the school and added to 8!
