Today was another travel day as we drove to Frankfort Michigan. I was able to get 5.
6 in the morning and then 4 in the afternoon.
10 in the morning and then 4 in the afternoon.
Was not feeling great today so I only got 7 in today.
Ran a strong 14 this morning and was really pleased and feeling good. Ran another 2 later in the day it was kind of slow but it was because of the morning run.
