3 miles in the morning.
Afternnon jogged up to the U of U track for speed. Once there we did 1 mile of speed changes and switched shoes. Jogged 1 lap then did 2 sets and each set consisted of a 1000 then 400, 200, 400, 200. Jogged 2 laps after each thousand and 1 lap after each 200. 30 seconds standing recovery between the 400 and the 200. Times were 2:49 and 2:52 for the 1000. Then 60,61,61,60 and 29,30,30,29. Did 1 mile of J's after and jogged back to the school.
