Workout today. 400, 600, 800, 400, 600, 800. Times were 65, 1:42, 2:20, 64, 1:44, 2:29. Felt decent til the end the legs fell off. Oh well, I was able to hang tough for most of it so I'm happy.
So big news I might have mono. It would explain the running lately. I havent been tested yet, but my girlfriend tested positive last friday. Its not active right now, but they said it could have been in the last couple months.
