Ran down to PC high school to do my workout, 5x800. I have done a few workouts on this track now and it is definitely one my faves. Times were 2:22, 2:22, 2:21, 2:21, 2:21. Considering I was alone, still sore, and at 7000 feet I was very pleased with how the workout went. It was also perfect weather which always makes workouts a little more enjoyable. Afterwards I did 8x100 strides just cuz it was a beautiful day and I was feeling pretty good. |
