Ran through Alpine with Jamison, Justin, and Craik. I felt like really good today for some reason and we ended up doing the whole thing at like 6:00-6:10 pace with the last mile in under 5:30. Afterwards we just layed out on the football field waiting for Courtney but she never came. Got a good tan/burn though.
1200, 800, 800, 400, 400 today. I was hoping to run alittle faster on these, but the 12 and 8's wound up being at about 2 mile pace and the 4's at mile pace. Times were 3:35, 2:23, 2:23, 67, 67. Didn't feel great, but got through it.

One of the worst races I have ever ran today. It was raging windy, and pretty much just all around sucked. Came through the mile in 4:49, then stumbled home in a 5:05 lol. Typing this up on a computer in the Timpanogos commons which is kinda cool.
