| Today was early out day at school so we figured we would just get most of our run in before practice started and finish it up after warmups and all that junk. We ran down to AF and saw my cousin Ashton so we stopped and talked to him for a while. We ran back to do the stuff as a team because it was the first official day of practice and Misty would rage on us if we didn't show up, but when we got there Tawny and Ryan told us we had 400's. We never do speed workouts on M0ndays and she never Emailed us so we were caught by surprise. They were originally going to have us do 10, but since we had already done 6 miles they cut it to 8. Times were 72, 72, 71, 70, 70, 71, 70, 68. They were pretty hard because my legs were tired but overall a solid workout. Afterward we did the Fox Hollow loop for a cooldown.

| We ran down to AF and got a tennis ball from my cousin who is on the tennis team and ran back to Art Dye to play handball with it. After that we ran back the long way and me and Cole stopped by Fox Hollow to say hello to Max. We down to the place where they keep the golf carts and helped him start a fire with a stick of incense before heading back.

| Workout today. 400, 800, 1200, 800, 600, 400. Times were 66, 2:23, 3:50, 2:21, 1:43, 67. All in all a solid workout, I felt great on all of them except for the 1200.

| Today was just a normal distance day. We decided to run up AF canyon for a while then turn aronud. Cole and I turned around a little early cuz our stomachs were hurting, so we stopped by Ted bundys cave and ran to the end of it and back. It was super windy running back, but we were still going pretty fast.

| Biked up to Legacy to run at 10:15 and it was perfect weather. We ran up and did the mountain run backwards, then ran down and through Lambert before heading back down to the park. I felt so good and on the trail Clayson and I were just killing it.
