| Kind of crazy run today. We went on Bonneville, and the first four miles were good fun and we were cruising along at 6:30 pace, then when we turned around we ran into a horrible headwind. Along with the wind it was snowing, so any exposed skin was absolutely frozen and we had to take a break after about a mile and thaw out our faces and necks. I switched my sweatshirt around so that i could cover most of face with my hood and I was fine from then on.
Later wanted some time to think uninterupted, so I went out for 3 more miles. Also did 100 pushups today.

| missed practice to go to the dentist, so I ran by myself later. I had my dad drop me off at Tibble fork and I ran down the canyon. I love running down the canyon because it's beautiful, the air is so clean, and life just seems simple when you're up there. Didn't have a watch but I imagine I was in the 5:50-6:25 range for most of it. Later did push-ups, getting huge.

| first hill workout of the year, did 6x600 on the hill by Cedar Ridge. Felt tired from yesterday, and when we got going I just felt really flat. Got through the workout tho, with times that weren't horrible, just tried to run with Justin on most of them. Times were 1:58, 2:00, 2:00, 2:00, 2:00, 1:58. Afterwards had the track meeting which was good.

| ran by myself cuz I had stuff to do after school, and it just sucked. I felt like s*** the whole time and thought I was going to die. I ran down to AF and back and it just wasn't fun.

| Did a new run on a cool trail in Alpine that we found. It came down past sliding rock which apparently they cant restrict anymore. later did a cool hike ill tell more about later.
