Today the coaches weren't there so we had a 7x5x4x3x2 tempo run going on east on the Murdock canal. I felt really good on the first three, and terrible on the last two. On the seven minute one I stayed with Clayson the whole time, and I'm pretty sure we were under 5 minute pace. On each one after that Clayson gapped me by more and more, but I was still hauling. On the way back to the school I had to stop at my cousins house to go to the bathroom.
