Hill workout today over by Cedar Ridge. The weather was pretty nice and I was feeling good, so it was a fun workout overall. We did 6x600 hills, my times were: 1:57, 1:57, 1:57, 1:57, 1:57, 1:54. I was super happy with how consistent I was able to keep the first five, and that they were as quick as they were. Shoutout to Zack for killing it as he always does on hills. |
