Today we had 10x400 on the track. Lil' Warner had to leave early so Zack, Jamison, and I ran early with him. It was SO windy today. The backstretch was absolutely wretched, and when it was my turn to lead I really had to press. Times were good considering the wind: 69, 66, 67, 67, 67, 68, 66, 67, 67, 68.
