I decided that I was more than done with treadmills, so I decided to go out and run on the marina. Even though the sun had gone down it was still really hot, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it had been earlier in the day. It was pretty busy being dinner time and all that, but it was kind of fun to weave through the people and hear them yell stuff at you. I've never got more "Run Forrest" on any other run before. I wasn't feeling that great, but I still did it pretty fast because I was at sea level and you always run faster when people are watching. |
