Ran backwoods Bonneville backwards today. We got back in time to watch the mile at the Westlake dual meet which was fun, Craik won with a blistering final 200. We had to stay til the end to clean up, so Jamison and I through a mini shot and high jumped to pass the time. I found I can clear a taller height by diving over than by jumping backwards.
