PM: c-shoals:  LT run for 20 min 3min recovery then hill -0.5mile (150 feet; 5.7%) repeats:  2x5min 10k effort and 2x3min 5K effort;  i dont know which workout pays off if not that kind? I was pretty wiped out after it; took a long nap'  first you stress you body with a LT run and then you go for long hill repeats recruiting max muscle fibers with max neuromuscular stimulus; n
