I live in London. I grew up skiing and played soccer my whole life. Started running in 2012.
AM Easy run at the Silvercomet trail
PM: Warmup, 3x2 mile repeats, Cooldown
AM: Warm up, MP run - 9miles, cooldown, bath in the C-river (still hot in Atlanta: feels like 90 F); then Barbeque at Heirlom market. Can it better than this. Its good enough for me.
PM: on the bile
Pm: Easy BELTLINE; nice hill work with 600 feet elevation gain; sprinted the first hill.

AM: held a pace below 8:40; ran midsection fast( with Cabbagetown nd ATL groups).
